“Yuan Zun,” Zhou Yuan sets out to increase his strength by traveling to the holy land with Yao Yao and Tun Tun in order to acquire a great opportunity.
Along the way, they meet and become friends with Green Lu, the young county princess of the Animal Kingdom, Li Chunjun, the sword blind swordsman of the Sword Kingdom, and Zuoqiu Qingyu, the demon woman of the Zuoqiu family, among other prodigies.
At the same time, Zhou Yuan’s lifelong enemy, the “Mangjuetunlong” or “Python Swallowing Dragon,” Wu Huang, the prince of the Great Wu Empire, also arrives at the holy land.
The meeting of the two dragons leads to a change in the political climate, and the struggle for the holy land begins. Along with his friends, Zhou Yuan thwarts the conspiracy of the Eastern Xuan continent and subsequently defeats his enemy Wu Huang in a one-on-one battle, reclaiming the sacred dragon’s luck that rightfully belongs to him.
Zhou Yuan also encounters the shadow of the ancestor of the Cangxuan Sect and learns about his past. After winning the struggle for the holy land, Zhou Yuan chooses to join the Cangxuan Sect and, after saying goodbye to his friends, sets off on the journey to the Cangxuan Sect with Yao Yao and Tun Tun.
